Priority paging is much less important when the file system buffer cache is not used to buffer Oracle data. Nevertheless, it is a good insurance policy against other file system related problems, so I would recommend it anyway.

If I am using VxVM, VxFS, Quick I/O do I still need to enable Priority Paging in Solaris 2.6?
