Are you still running the old DLM? If so, you should shut it down because you are now using the internalized DLM. If both DLMs are running that might account for the extra memory usage and thus the lack of swap space that has probably caused this error.

Yesterday I migrated oracle 7.3.4 to 8.0.5.1.
This morning I faced ORA-4030 : (Out of process memory).
I have no idea how I can solve this problem.
If you have any solution please give me some hints or solution.
Our platform is Digital Unix and we are using OPS.
