V$SESSION reports the session for the QMN0 background process as a USER session, rather than a BACKGROUND. This was causing the APT script response_time_breakdown.sql to incorrectly include its idle time as part of user response time, which greatly distorted the response time percentages attributed to other events.

There is another bug with the CPU used by this session being misreported under some circumstances. This was also distorting the response time percentages reported by the script.
